Very slow responses in Unreal Engine

Hi! I have a metahuman connected to UNREAL and the metahuman takes up to 15 seconds to respond.

When convai receives the message, it takes up to 15 seconds to respond and on web, the same question only takes 5 maximum.

What could it be?What should I look for?

Hello @devops,

Could you please test the same character on convai.com using both the Chatbox and the Video Call. Let us know how the response time compares there?

Additionally, could you share your Character ID so we can investigate further on our side?

On convai.con using chatbox and video call it takes less than 5-6 seconds to respond. The same response in UNREAL can take up to 15 seconds.

I think we fiex it. I had applied some changes to the convai plugin and it seems to have been slowing down the response.

If it happens again, I will let you know.

Regarding the knowledge base upload, is there any way to tell the metahuman which file to go to according to the questions asked to speed up the answer?
