Hi, at least 1 of the 9 characters in my app is not responding in my app or on the Convai Playground -

Here is the error in the Chrome dev console, I notice how it says make sure there is a voice selected so I’ve included the voice selection in the screen shot.
I’ve changed nothing about this character for a long time. I tried a different voice, didn’t fix it.
@Tyke just wanted to confirm, when you said you tried another voice, which other voices did you try?
Hi @Deepankar_Acharyya I tried another GCP voice, I can’t remember which 1 sorry. I’ve just tried an Azure voice and it worked so I’ll use that, but the GCP voice it had which sounded like an older and gruff male really suited the character.

@Deepankar_Acharyya it works now with the Iapetus GCP voice but the voice is different, it doesn’t sound like an older gruff man it sounds like a typical male in their 20s/30s.
It’s no drama anyway, I’ve found an EL voice that sounds ok just hope it doesn’t use my quota up too quickly.
I think I need to clarify, the character was using a Convai voice, I can’t recall the name of it but its description was that of an old man. It has been working fine for ages. Then it stopped working yesterday (or this was when I was notified), I checked the voice setting and it was set to Iapetus GCP voice which describes an old man voice, but as mentioned it didn’t work. I’m not sure how or when it was changed to this GCP voice, I never changed it. But anyway it is set to an EL voice now which I’ll keep because it sounds ok (it’s a young man not an old man but it is multi-lingual so will make my apps non-native English speakers happy).
