Eleven Labs Charlotte (Swedish) changed to english accent

Hi,
Our client notified us of an accent change of their UE experience drivien by convai.
I logged into the account to check the character, and the language is correctly set to Eleven Labs Charlotte, and the voice preview is still the correct accent.
When interacticting with the character in the avatar window however, the voice is incorrect - a similar tone but an english accent rather than the soft Swedish accent of Charlotte.

Can this be looked into, or contact us directly to suggest a workaround for our client?

Eleven Labs changed some of their voices recently. Not sure how all that played out with the Convai versions.

Bumping this for Convai;

Can we have a status update from Convai or ElevenLabs, as the voice we’ve selected isn’t carrying over to the avatar or our Unreal experience.

As a reminder, this is a live public experience and we’d appreciate a response.

ElevenLabs has made changes to some of their voices. For now, I’d recommend selecting a new voice temporarily.
