The Gigi voice stopped working out of nowhere. The new voice does not match the character our client is using in production. We need this fixed ASAP, but there is no real time support. What are we supposed to do?

Is the voice not working at all, or is a different voice playing instead?
Could you please share a bit more detail about the issue? This is an ElevenLabs voice, so it may have been deprecated on ElevenLabs’ side. I’ve already shared this with the team, and they will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

The issue is that we are hearing a different voice compared to the sample chosen in the browser configurator. The character sounds like a British female actor compared to the young American Gigi voice . Our client’s experience is built using the Gigi voice from eleven labs and we would like to restore its functionality.

ElevenLabs has made changes to some of their voices. For now, I’d recommend selecting a new voice temporarily.
