Interaction / Elevelabs / Core API Usage progress bar issue

Progress usage on my account is acting strange.

As you can see in the screenshots, two of my usage progress bars have gone past their limit and flipped.

The Core API Usage bar has been stuck like this for the last5 or 6 months and doesn’t reset.

The elevenlabs bar is another story and may have to do with the fact that I am using my own custom elevenlabs API voices yet it still seems to be counting towards my ConvAI elevenlabs account. I know this is maybe two separate issues but I wondered if they weren’t connected.

Could you please clear the cache for convai.com?

F12 > Application > Storage > Clear Site Data

Thanks, I tried clearing the site data including third-party cookies and restarted the browser. When I logged back in the billing page looks the same.

Now that the month on my account has reset, all the progress bars except for the Core API Usage have reset to zero, the Core API Usage still shows 126/100.
